Detailed Description

QNX Neutrino 7.x executor and tick adapters.

QNX integration uses pulses as the OS wake primitive and keeps event storage in the selected tsm runtime queue. The public API is available to all builds so host tests can include this header in C++20 mode. QNX kernel calls are compiled only when __QNXNTO__ is defined.
